Vitamins are essential elements required by our body. However due to the fast paced life we live, we tend to overlook the significance of these crucial nutrients required for maintaining good health. Deficiencies or excess levels can lead to conditions, which are usually difficult to detect until they become severe. Therefore, the importance of a vitamin profile test should not be overlooked.

Your vitamin levels will inform you if you have any deficiencies, so further recommendations can be provided.

Very often, subtle deficiencies do not present themselves physically and are hardly detectable through conventional medical testing. Our body can give us some hints if we pay close attention.

For example, if you experience chronic fatigue it could mean that you have low levels of vitamin Bs, in particular vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5. Problematic skin can indicate that you have low levels of Vitamin A and vitamin B3 and if you find you fall sick too often you may need to check your Vitamin D and vitamin C levels. Our testing is incredibly sensitive and you will be taking the first step in preventing further health complications.

When analysing your results the subtle variations in your essential vitamin levels are taken into consideration, which then allows us to give you proper recommendations that can help restore your body's balance and ensure it works at optimal levels.

Please make sure you are well hydrated prior to procedure.

  1. Do not take any supplements at least 24 hours prior to the blood collection
  2. Duration of the procedure around 10 minutes
